1 Cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
1 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 Serrano Chile Seeded and Chopped
1 Small Shallot Chopped
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Honey
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend for a minute. Scrape sides and blend for an additional 30 seconds. This sauce works well as an accompaniment to South Asian, Central American dishes or dipping sauce for samosas.
