These Raw Vegan energy balls are a Rum Ball in disguise (minus the actual rum.  But free to add it now that we've laid it out ;)  Seriously, these tasty little bites are loaded full of protein and mononsaturated fat which will keep you full and fuel your day BUT still have enough sweetness to cure your craving. This may be your new favourite 3pm snack.

Bursting full of strawberry goodness with a hint of vanilla this Cadences approved treat is a power bar in disguise.  Did you know that strawberries are an antioxidant powerhouse?  They do everything from boost your immune system to help lower your blood sugar and even fight cancerous cells.  Let's see a regular donut do that.

Easy Gluten Free Apple Cake


Need a sweet(ish) fix in the afternoon?  or even a quick portable breakfast?  Due to the high fibre content of the apples and much needed protein in the almond flour this get the health check mark of approval.  Just try not to eat the entire thing in one sitting!

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting


We had you at, "Pumpkin Spice" didn't we?  And we managed to level up this wholesome cupcake (yes wholesome) with a lightly sweetened whipped cinnamon frosting.  Did you know that aside from being delicious pumpkin is full of skin aiding Vitamins like, A and E?  So go eat a cupcake and get your glow on!

Chocolate Orange Ganache Cake


Aside from being tasty, cocoa is rich in flavonols an antioxidant linked to; reduced inflammation, lower blood pressure and increased blood flow to the brain.  Although this recipe requires a few steps, the luxuriously rich chocolate/orange combination is worth the wait.  It's like a, Grand Marnier chocolate Kiss minus the alcohol. Really.
