HOT CHOCOLATE

1/4 Cup of Good Quality Dark Chocolate Chips (65% - 72% cocoa depending on preference)

4 Oz Milk of Choice
1/8 Tsp Cinnamon


In a medium sized pot on the stove add all ingredients. Turn heat to medium and whisk constantly (to keep the chocolate from burning onto the bottom of the pot and to add a nice foam to the drink). Check temperature regularly and remove from heat once desired temperature is achieved. Feel free to serve topped with whipped cream or a dusting of cocoa (or both) to make it even more gluttonous. Serves 1 hot chocolate

All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt
