We are a team of Registered Nutritional Practitioners and Recipe Creators.  Real people who strive every day to help people feel their best and eat deliciously :)

These are comprised of 3 easy steps:

1) Once you have made your purchase, we will send you via email QR codes for both an Intake Form and an Assessment Questionnaire.  These forms are super user friendly and can be filled out in about 45 minutes.

2)Our Registered Nutritional Practitioners personally review your responses and look to see if any potential vitamin or mineral deficiencies or potential toxicities may be the culprit for any symptoms you may be feeling (poor digestion, lethargy, low immune function etc.). 

3) We email you a review of your results via our Fullscript Account.  Fullscript is a prescription grade supplement dispensary.  Our suggestions will most likely include foods to include or avoid,  supplement suggestions and even lifestyle recommendations.  We try and give you as many tools as possible to feel better!

Short answer is no.  We are not here to guilt or shame anyone and will only suggest changes or inclusions to your current diet if they will positively impact your overall well being.  

Since these assessments are lovingly made by caring humans they can take up to 4-5 business days.  If you have made a purchase and you have still not received your assessment after 5 days, please email us at nutrition@cadences.ca
